I have not received my order yet. It was ordered 19 days ago. It is held up at Canpar Express since December 1 as an unspecified delay. I tried calling Canpar, Loomis Shipping on the phone, left a message, but they have not returned my call. As this package contains some Christmas gifts... I am obviously concerned as I will need to find replacement product.
