Old Soul Soap Company Refund and Return Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of our bath and beauty products at Old Soul Soap Company. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return a product. Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent process:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
  • Refunds are eligible for products returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Personal preferences (dislike of smell etc.) are not eligible for a refund.
  1. Initiation of Refund:
  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@oldsoulsoapcompany.ca within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation, such as photographs of damaged items.
  • International Orders will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for any duties or customs charges.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, this also includes incomplete or wrong addresses.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
  1. Inspection and Processing:
  • Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the receipt of the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • WHOLESALE CUSTOMER returns will be subject to a 20% restock charge on products that are not damaged or defective.

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, providing details and photographs.
  • We will, upon inspection, arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item to us at our cost and we will either send replacements, issue a refund, or issue a credit note towards your next purchase.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  1. Non-Refundable Items:
  • Gift cards and non-Old Soul Soap Company are non-refundable, no exceptions.
  1. Changes to this Refund Policy:
  • We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
