Your order will be packaged and shipped via Canada Post Expedited Mail within 2-3 business days.

Please be sure the Shipping address is correct, we will not be held responsible for incorrect information and it will delay your order. 

The Old Soul Soap Company takes no responsibility for loss, damages or delays that may occur.

Similarly, we must be notified should any additional insurance be required. Without notification we ship without insurance.

If a product happens to be out of stock at time of purchase, we will attempt to notify you and offer a replacement item, substitute with a reasonable replacement, or issue a credit.
